I am a speaker, bestselling author, spiritual guide, and artist dedicated to helping women and youth reclaim their power and purpose. My own journey of deep transformation led me to the wisdom of the Great Mother. She is my muse and trusted authority.

As the world shakes, she calls her children to rise.
I work with women who feel this devotional call, see what is unfolding, and know they are here to live authentically. But like all initiates, they also understand that transformation begins within. They seek healing, sisterhood, and ancient wisdom to awaken their sovereign feminine power.
I know this path intimately through lived experience. I understand what it is to feel disconnected from one’s own strength, voice, and body.
For many women, deep wounds from sexual violence and its effects have prevented them from fully stepping into their power. I know because I used to be one of them. In response, I founded The Liberated Survivor Ceremony™, a groundbreaking two-day online ritual designed for women survivors to come together and release guilt and shame from their bodies so they can reclaim their wholeness.

My work is also focused on working with youth. They are our future leaders, healers, and visionaries. When guided with wisdom, love, and self-awareness, they will shape the new earth.

Our future will be found through our remembrance. I founded Wildflowers Within from the knowing that within each of us is a unique garden waiting to bloom. When we reclaim our authenticity, sovereignty, and connection, we transform ourselves and the world.​
